Clinic Policies

  • Our clinic has an automatic code lock (named Linus, after Charlie Brown) on the unit door. Please knock upon arrival.

  • The building front door is locked after 6 PM Monday to Friday, After 4 PM on Saturday, and all day on Sundays or holidays. The buzzer is #8100 to enter the building. If your appointment time requires buzzing, please note we will not be available to buzz until 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

  • An updated credit card is required to be kept on file for each patient. Our system encrypts all credit card information and is completely secure.

  • We have a no show/cancellation policy which states any failure to arrive to your appointment will result in a 100% charge for the appointment. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) will also be charged at 100%.

  • All patients are required to fill out a patient intake form and appropriate consent forms. Your treatment time will include assessment, treatment, and reassessment.

  • We require everyone conducts themselves with mutual respect. No discrimination or harassment will be tolerated at any time to our patients, RMTs, or administration.

  • We are a safe space, feel free to be your authentic self with us! We are happy to use whatever pronouns you prefer and enjoy creating a place with no judgement.

  • We will not be able to submit direct billing claims that are inaccurate (see                           ) as this will fall under insurance fraud.

Please Note: We do not accept WorkSafe claims and we do not directly bill ICBC or MSP .
