Patients Gather 'Ye Round,
We've Got a Tale to Tell!
AT VMT we all took these past two months of practice suspension and went on a mythical quest where we fought Umbrella Corps, Mordor, Darth Vader, The Fireflies, Team Rocket, Harry Potter, and a few other classic villains. After the battles we sorted through mountains of data from their scientists and we returned with new information:
It's impossible for us to guarantee that there will be no exposure of COVID-19 at the VMT Clinic,
all future human interaction will include a risk of transmission. At the VMT Clinic, we've always had high cleaning protocols. In order to win the final war, we've instigated enhanced and overly cautious sanitization standards to protect our patients with all the resources available to us.
Let Us Introduce Ourselves.
WHAT IS A MASSAGE THERAPIST?
Get ready to meet your new best friend
A registered massage therapist (RMT) is a qualified and highly educated health care practitioner. They have been trained in advanced anatomy and physiology to assess structural issues creating movement disorders. See our treatments section to read further about techniques a RMT may use during a session. All of our massage therapists are registered and in good standing with the college. A registered massage therapy session can include interview, assessment, treatment, reassessment and therapeutic exercise. Lastly, massage therapy is covered under most extended benefit plans and our clinic offers direct billing to 10+ insurance companies. Book in with a RMT in downtown Vancouver today!
